Thank you for your question. I do apologize for not getting back sooner, but I just stopped in on your site (a rare thing-sorry), and noticed you hasd messaged me a while ago now.

Things are moving forward at a very brisk pace. I am looking to finally secure the Foundation's board within the next 45 days, and with it, have the financial backing needed to accomplish many upcoming goals, not the least of which is the initial design from Harland and Wolff.

It should be an exciting summer.

I remembered meeting you a few years ago at Champps, and it was mostly a pleasure. The reason I met with you was to potentially gain access to your audience to expand our reach, which could have been something in which the favor would have returned to you. 

I appreciated your advice, but I must admit I did and still do disagree with your assumptions regarding what I am trying to accomplish, such as your pitch of perhaps trying to purchase a smaller vessel for what I am trying to do, which fully defeats our purpose. No one would support that!

Finally, I remember your question if I had cruised before, and I just got the vibe that just because I have chosen not too, that somehow disqualifies me from trying to reach my dreams? Or head a non-profit with such lofty aspirations?

Hmm. Lets just say I appreciate your contributions to the cruising world with your show, and wonderful guests, but I am moving forward despite your assertions.

I really appreciated your request to meet me then, but I came away quite disappointed in your demeanor throughout our meeting, and thought you would have been more supportive to such a fantastic cause - just being honest, Mr. Vaudrin.
